All electrically powered Big Brutes can be supplied with either a 230V power unit or a 110V power unit.
They both have 3 motors providing a total of 3.2kW of cleaning power.
Check which one is most suitable for your premises.
230V Big Brute power units have 3 motors giving a total of 3.2kW of cleaning power.
It runs from a single-phase, 16A supply.
Note that the 230V Big Brute power unit has a 16A plug, so you’ll need a 16A supply to power it.
No 16A supply? No problem – use with a Big Brute 16A-to-13A adapter lead (Part No V1337) to run it from a standard 13A socket.
110V Big Brute power units have 3 motors giving a total of 3.2kW of cleaning power.
It runs from a single-phase, 32A supply.
Note that the 110V Big Brute power unit has a 32A plug, so you’ll need a 32A supply on your transformer to run it.
All Multi-Lift Trolleys have Nylon, smooth-rolling wheels as found on the SupgerGlide Trolleys.
The Forklift option lets you pick up your whole Multi-Lift – drum, trolley and all – to move to and over high-sided skips for empyting.
No manual handling involved in emptying exceptionally heavy loads.
The Multi-Lift Forkliftable trolley is designed to accept the tines of most forklifts.
Just measure:

The optional Overhead Crane Lifting attachment fitted inside the drum can be used to transport the drum, lifting it off the trolley, to empty it.
It’s an ideal solution to empty the heavy waste material in your Big Brute Multi-Lift safely from areas where there may not be forklift access.
The Overhead Crane Lifting attachment is supplied with a test certificate with a safe working load of 500kg (including drum and waste).
The optional Drum Lifting Saddles let you lift just the drum up from its trolley with your forklift.
Move your heavy, full drum safely with your forklift and raise it up over high-sided waste skips for safe and quick emptying.
The Multi-Lift Drum Saddle is designed to accept the tines of most forklifts.

The drain valve sits at the back of the drum near the base and allows you to empty the liquid out of your Big Brute Skip Tip, leaving the sludge and solids in the drum to empty into a skip with your forklift.
Just open the valve and wait for it to drain.
Big Brute Standard Wet Suction Hose is 63mm diameter – wider than most industrial vacuum cleaner hose so it won’t block or kink easily.
It’s made from clear polyurethane, and supported by a helical wire, making it tougher than dry Big Brute hose and with improved chemical resistance to withstand the range of liquids it’s likely to be sucking up.
It has an operating temperature of -40°C to 90°C and a weight of 0.8kg per metre.
Available in 3, 5, 10m lengths, without losing suction. Join multiple lengths together with a coupler to get even further reach.

The Big Brute Multi-Lifts are the ultra heavy-duty industrial vacuum cleaners. They’re designed for exceptionally heavy industrial applications, such as swarf and grit. They can be picked up and moved a number of different ways to make emptying your heavy waste safe and easy.
The Big Brute Multi-Lift Wet & Dry is built on a heavy-duty trolley, with Nylon wheels for ease of movement. The trolley has the option to use your forklift to lift it up and move it when full.
For areas where you don’t have forklift access, add a crane option to let you pick up and move the drum with your overhead crane.
All Big Brute Multi-Lift models empty through the discharge flap in the base.
Because the Big Brute Multi-Lift Wet & Dry tends to be used for very heavy industrial applications, we supply the Big Brute Multi-Lifts with our Big Brute Polyurethane Suction Hose. This has improved chemical resistance over our standard dry suction hose, and is tougher, so can better withstand the tough conditions it’s got to put up with.
The Big Brute Multi-Lift Wet & Dry is the heavy-duty industrial vacuum cleaner for dry and liquid waste. If you need to handle just dry waste, have a look at the Big Brute Multi-Lift Dry.
