The standard Big Brute Suck & Dump Static Interceptor option is ideal for waste with low dust content. All the filtration is done by the filters in your existing Big Brute.
Choose the Cyclone option if the material you’re collecting has a high dust content, or the dust is extra-fine. The Cyclone filter on the Suck & Dump Static uses cylconic separation to filter out most of the fine dust, reducing the amount of carry-over to your Big Brute.
Choose from 3 different drum types for your Big Brute Suck & Dump Static:
The plain drum has a flat base with a flap and catch in the base for quick emptying.
Note that some of the material collected will remain inside the drum after emptying. It’s a more budget-friendly option and ideal for use where you don’t mind about cross-contamination between loads.
The cone base drum has an angled hopper at the bottom, along with a flap and catch in the base for quick, complete emptying.
Because the drum empties completely, it’s a better option for use where cross-contamination is an issue between loads.

This drum empties completely, so is also a good choice where cross-contamination between loads is an issue. The compressed-air operated flap lets you remotely empty the drum without the need to get to the handle to do it manually. This lets you mount your Big Brute Suck & Dump Static on another level of your building, or in a different area of your processing plant. Uses your existing air compressor.
The Suck & Dump Static Etraining Hopper is useful to catch dumped material and direct it into FIBCs, etc.
Fitted with a bottom slide for material flow-control, dust vent and an FIBC securing-lip.
All stands are all-welded construction with a paint finish.
