James Williams is the Director at Michael Williams Engineering Ltd, the designers and manufacturers of Big Brute Industrial Vacuum Cleaners, who offer one of the largest ranges of industrial vacuum cleaners in the world. With a strong focus on operational efficiency, James has recently overseen the successful implementation of a company-wide Sage 200 ERP solution, streamlining production processes to enhance business performance.
In addition to driving operational improvements, James is actively involved in sales development, working closely with the sales manager to strengthen the team's customer service and solution-finding skills. Passionate about workplace health and safety, he is committed to fostering a positive safety culture across all aspects of the business, ensuring the well-being of employees.
