We Know Our Products
We know every nut, bolt and washer that goes into making a Big Brute. And we always have done. Believe it or not, there are still Big Brutes out there going strong from our very first batch that we assembled back in 1986. And those customers can still call us for support. If we can’t provide an exact replacement for a component, we can still recommend an alternative and fit it.
We Can Build A Big Brute Quickly
Of the components that go into making a Big Brute, we buy most them from suppliers within the UK, or fabricate them ourselves from raw materials sourced in the UK.
Of those components that originate outside the UK, we have a very healthy stock of them. Our production isn’t, therefore, affected by supply issues with getting components in from overseas or being held up in customs.
You won’t ever be stuck waiting for the next container-load of vacuum cleaners to arrive from Europe or China.
We Listen To Our Customers
Because we design and make all our Big Brutes in our factory just outside Cambridge, we can listen to our customers’ suggestions and incorporate them into our designs. Many of our well-loved standard Big Brutes available today have come about from listening to our customers and hearing them say “Wouldn’t it be great if a Big Brute could…”

Although we have a huge range of standard Big Brutes, we can tailor them to your specific needs and requirements. But sometimes you need just that little bit extra to make the Big Brute perfect for your job.
We can design additional features and build custom machines for you. Even if all that involves is spraying your Big Brute in your company colours.
